Protection of computer-generated works in the era of new technologies

<p>When data on works of different authors are entered into a computer system, the analyses, synthesizes and generates new (derived) work, if such task or algorithm is given to it. Should generated be considered creative copyright protected? This issue relevant in modern age technology, when systems, so-called artificial intelligence, becoming more independent from human influence as they evolve.</p>
